Hello everyone! This is the very first time I’m posting on my blog about a travel day. We packed up camp and drove one hour to Abraham Lincoln’s birthplace. First, we watched the movie, then we did our Junior Ranger books and received cool metal badges! (first time to get metal ones!)

Then we saw his log cabin house, the 1st Abraham Lincoln memorial, and a lot of trees!

Then we ate lunch in the cold and hard rain. After we drove 1.5 hours to Camp Nelson.

They had a huge museum and we watched that movie, too. Then we got our Junior Ranger badges there and headed off to our campground.
